I bought it for myself. It’s a great book with high quality pictures. The book is conveniently divided into chapters "Breakfast", "Lunch", "Dinner" and other snacks (such as salads and healthy desserts). Most of the recipes are easy in the preparation and consist of simple and clear products, each dish information about fat and calories.

A fantastic cookbook for those who want to make healthy keto meals fast. I'm not the best cook but this makes cooking easy and simple. Clear instructions presented in an easy to read format. Includes food staples, grocery lists, meal plans, and macro info. I like the wide variety of recipes, especially the jar salad and cheesy zucchini. The ingredients can be found in supermarkets which is perfect. Can’t wait to try all the recipes!

Lovely cookbook. Recipes are fast and can be made in 15 mins. There are a variety of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Desserts are also included. This is ideal for people who want something quick and easy to make.

Well, at least this book has recipes and some nutritional breakdown. However, the only carbs given are net carbs, and what we really need to know is total carbs. Deleting another "keto" book that is useless to me.
