Nice practice ideas in a handy little guide. I think it could be a little more up to date. Still helpful.
I have the digital version on my smartphone and it has been handy. I have used it twice in my professional capacity. Worth the cost if you deal with at risk populations.
This Pocket Guide is too sketchy to be of much use by itself, but does point the reader towards resources that might provide more utility.
