I’m amazed at the dishes I can make in my Instant Pot and this recipe book has given me even more things to try. My granddaughters love the recipes, both the preparation aspect and getting to enjoy the final product! The recipes are simple and use mostly items you have around the kitchen, so spur of the moment is easy. If you’re looking for a great way to spend quality time with your kids, and get dinner ready in the process, this is it! The book is eye catching for kids and delivery time was amazingly fast!
Great cook book got it for my 6 year old for Christmas he is loving it so far. I really like that it is full color and the fonts are easy for early readers to read my 4 year old can help read the directions which is awesome. I also really love the utensils and tools glossary and the cooking terms section.
Bought for an 8yr old. She immediately wanted to try it and help in the kitchen. Easy instructions
LOVE this cookbook!!! The illustrations are fabulous and the recipes are fantastic. Each recipe has ingredients you usually have on hand. The meals are family oriented and the recipes are kid friendly for young chefs. Just a great cookbook.. Bravo!
First of all, I love all the tips and tricks in this cookbook. I’ve had my IP for three years and this cookbook taught me that I can use nonstick cooking spray on the liner and it’ll save me tons of laborious scrubbing after making cheesy pressure cooker dishes. My life has been transformed! My kiddos love all the recipes we’ve tried from this so far, and it’s even gotten them eating cooked carrots because the honey cinnamon kissed carrots are so tasty! Bob Warden’s Good Food Fast macaroni and cheese recipe for the IP used to be their fave but the macaroni recipe from this book has bumped it out of the number one spot! It’s so creamy and amazing that we never have leftovers because both the kids and adults go to town on it. The recipes are fun, easy to follow, easy to delegate to a preschooler and a kindergartener, and has made cooking with kids fun!
This is an amazing cookbook for kids. My 7 year old has been interested in my pressure cooker for a while but I never quite knew where to start. The book has so many recipes of varying difficulty and all come with a picture (we need to see what we’re aiming for!) and an easy to read description and ingredient list. I especially appreciated that we are cooking from scratch (rather than using processed food such as a can of cream of mushroom that I sometimes find in books - not in this one!) and that the recipes are healthy overall and appeal to our entire family.We started with the hard boiled eggs to familiarize my daughter with the instant pot, then we moved on to the acorn squash recipe and the whole chicken. Such a great bonding experience and the food turned out amazing. My daughter was very proud. We’ll slowly be working our way up to the more complicated recipes like the pork tenderloin in balsamic apple sauce.5 stars from this family!
I need all the help I can get in the kitchen which is why I absolutely love my Instant Pot. This idea of combining the Instant Pot and fun recipes that my kids can help out with is just the cherry on top! I love this creative idea and the recipes are simple, fun and delicious! My kids love it! I can’t wait to try all 53 recipes with my kids! :)
I loved this idea! Kids are ALWAYS asking to help and this is easy enough that they can. We have a gas range so that always makes me nervous- we don’t have that problem with this easy appliance. Great recipes and such a good timesaver.
