The product and description and reviews for this cookbook are fake and deceptive - the language in many of the reviews looks like someone told them what to write or were written by the same person. The book has only recipes and no guidance, food weight recommendations, meal plan, etc that align with the official Bright Line Eating plan. This looks like an unofficial BLE book and stole some language from the official BLE. The recipes are basic and okay.
I guess he never used spell check, or had anyone look through and read his recipes. So many mistakes, and words left out. Page 56 states 1 Tbsp. of chopped garlic soup??? 3cans of 14.5 ounces roasted, cut into cubes? WHAT??? don’t people check before publishing??? I would pass on this book completely.
If you know anything about Brightline Eating it’s that “No sugar, no flour†is the first Brightline. Check out page 60 “Serve with fresh bread.†Also, NO weighted portions. I consider this a stunningly deceptive use of the title “Brightline Eating.â€
Terribly written book, with many misspellings and recipes that were worded improperly in their instructions. I won't even be using it. It's a WASTE OF MONEY!!
I wouldn't recommend this cookbook. A total waste of time. Nothing that I would ever make in this book!
Some ingredients are not allowed on this diet. It is a healthy eating cookbook with that aside.
I’m not sure the author has even read about what Bright Line Eating is because many of the recipes use ingredients that cross the bright line. I’m very sorry I bought it. I should have looked more closely at the reviews.
This is not an official Bright Line Eating cookbook. It is a fake, and misleading cookbook. Waste of time and money. It should be removed from Amazon.
